All prices are in AUD normally unless chosen from the currency selector.

How long does the shipping take?

The delivery time frame across Australia varies from state to state.
Australia Post currently is facing delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please visit HERE to see the most up to date estimates for delivery times for Express Post and Parcel Post.
Refer to the times from Victoria as we ship everything from our facility here in Melbourne VIC Australia.

All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

And yes! we do ship internationally! Please be aware that the Covid-19
pandemic has placed a lot of stress on supply chains so orders may be
faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
We will notify you if there has been a delay in your shipment. Typical
delivery times for international depending on your country is around 10 to 15 business days.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

All orders are same day dispatched if ordered before 10am AEST, otherwise next business day using Australia Post.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

AU orders: Items
can be returned within 14 days of delivery date and items must be in
original condition and in the original packaging. Swimsuits must be
unwashed and unworn.

International Orders: We do
not currently accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Items on sale or sold during a promotional period are final sale and can not be returned.

To initiate a return please email contact@prillacollective.com 
with your order number to request a return authorization. The customer
service team will then provide you with a return address.

Once we receive your return in new/unused condition, we will refund the product cost via store credit.

All sale items are final and can not be returned.

Can i cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please email customer support and we will sort it out for you! at contact@prillacollective.com

I have entered an incorrect address, what do i do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply
reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double
check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at contact@prillacollective.com.

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct
one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of
incorrect submission.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt
response please attach your order number and address the problem
clearly, thanks.

I am an international customer from outside Australia do i have to pay customs and taxes?

Items shipped internationally outside of Australia may be subject to customs, import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in your original order.

These charges are your responsibility to pay to receive your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes
or delays once the package has exited Australia. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Prilla Collective is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

If you refuse to pay the import fees for your order and the package is
returned back to us you will be reimbursed your order cost minus the shipping cost to the original method of payment once we receive the package back.

We use all REPREVE® recycled fiber, turning recycled bottles into the best

How should i wash my swimsuit?

Wash with cold water by hand only and hang dry only. If you do not do this you risk ruining the swimsuit.

what kind of packaging do you use for your swimsuits?

100% Recycled frosted clear poly bags. Made from 100% recycled content. and 100% recyclable so please do not through them out and recycle them to keep doing our part for the planet we call home.
